I'm Jem.
I started No Idea Agency six years ago with, honestly…no idea what it would become.
After working in finance (and hating it), I knew I needed to create something that actually lit me up. I had a jewellery business on the side, and while I was running the socials for that, other businesses started asking me to do theirs. One thing led to another, and suddenly I had a little agency on my hands.
Fast forward through the covid era {that we all want to forget} and here we are! My life partner Shane is now also my biz partner, bringing his branding and web design skills to the mix, and we've got a growing team — building bold, creative brands for business owners who love what they do.
